Sandra Waddock is Galligan Chair of Strategy, Carroll School Scholar of Corporate Responsibility, and Professor of Management at Boston College's Carroll School of Management.  She has published about 140 papers and thirteen books. Recipient of numerous awards, Waddock received the 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award from Humboldt University in Berlin for contributions in corporation sustainability and responsibility, the 2015 award for Leadership in Humanistic Management, and the 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award in Collaboration Research (CSSI Symposium and Partnership Resource Center, Erasmus U.), among others.   Current research interests are large systems change, the role of memes in change processes, developing a new narrative for business in society, stewardship of the future, corporate sustainability and responsibility, the problem of growth, wisdom, management education, and intellectual shamans.  She has published 13 books, including Healing the World (2017), Intellectual Shamans (Cambridge, 2015), (Teaching) Managing Mindfully (with Lawrence Lad and Judith Clair) (2017), and Building the Responsible Enterprise with Andreas Rasche (2012). Other books include SEE Change:  Making the Transition to a Sustainable Enterprise Economy with Malcolm McIntosh (2011),  and The Difference Makers (2008, Social Issues in Management Division Best Book Award, 2011).
